Saïd Business School

Oxford's business school, the Saïd Business School, is renowned for its MBA and executive education programs. It's a hub for business research and leadership development.

Oxford Science Park

Though not part of the university, the Oxford Science Park is an influential business location, hosting numerous science and technology companies engaged in research and development.

Oxford University Innovation (OUI)

OUI is the technology transfer and commercialization company for the University of Oxford. It helps researchers and academics turn their discoveries into successful businesses and products.

Oxford English Dictionary (OED):  

The creation of the OED, one of the most comprehensive and authoritative dictionaries of the English language, was initiated at Oxford. It remains a cornerstone of linguistic scholarship.

A few Famous Business Oxfordians:

Rupert Murdoch:  The media mogul, known for his ownership of News Corporation, attended Worcester College, Oxford; Nigel Lawson:  A former Chancellor of the Exchequer in the UK , Lawson studied at Christ Church, Oxford; Richard Branson:  While not an alumnus, Sir Richard Branson, the founder of the Virgin Group and has received honorary degrees from the University of Oxford.
